As a German customer service agent for a well known beauty brand you will be responsible for all incoming questions and calls especially via email and telephone, but sometimes also on Social Media. With enthusiasm, you will describe the scent of the products line or explain how to create your very own personalized shampoo. Next to speaking German fluently, your English must be good as well.
Whoever the customer is, as a German customer service agent you give the customers that relaxed, cosmetic feeling. You are someone who is eager to give the right answers with a lot of personal attention. After all, helping a customer is your favorite ritual!
For this position, it is important that you are available from Monday to Sunday between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every four weeks they will make a schedule where you will be scheduled on different shifts every week. You have the possibility to give your own availability, which gives you a lot of flexibility for this position. You just need to be available to work on the weekend or in the evening at times.
Also, good to know: in this position, you will be fully working from home. Therefore, you can live anywhere within the Netherlands.
You can start with the training between mid-October and mid-November, this is a temporary position that covers the busiest 3 months of the year.
