Flexible part-time job for German native speaker at a scale-up in Amsterdam

Can you perfectly assess any social situation? Do you empathize well with others? Are you a strong communicator who speaks fluent German? Whether it’s via chat, email, Facebook, Twitter or telephone: you know how to find the right tone for every medium and every user. Is this you?? Well then, please, keep reading. Wat ga je doen?

Don't expect boring scripts, tiresome sales pitches or calls all day long. You can do much more than that! You see where services and processes can be improved and want nothing less than the best for our users and for Peaks. Everyday you'll learn something new and transfer this knowledge to our customers. And we'll learn from you as well, as we are open to all your findings and ideas.

Don't worry: you're not going to do all this on your own. Coen and Sharonna, who are jointly responsible for the Customer Care branch of our company, will guide you. And of course you'll work together with our other Customer Care Talents!

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau;
  • Speak fluent German (and English)
  • Are a student (or you just graduated)
  • Are eager to learn (we don’t ask for a minimum work experience)
  • Are a real go-getter, take initiative and work fast
  • Are naturally curious
