Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor for a Leading delivery Company in Lisbon

Customer Representative based in Lisbon (Dutch Market)

About the Company

This company's services include ride-hailing, food delivery, package delivery, couriers, and freight transportation.


✨ Your Profile

- Proficient in Dutch

- Fluent in English

- You have a social and friendly personality 

- Curious, problem solver, and a good listener

✅ Your responsibilities

- Offer support for restaurants, private customers, and couriers

- Active contact through outbound calls to restaurants to start cooperation (onboarding)

- Uploading menus and ensuring accurate data entry

- Assisting the customer with questions about the order, delivery time, quality of the food, incomplete deliveries and any other inquiries

- Support the couriers with different queries (wrong or inaccurate addresses, non-availability of the customer, and more).

- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months

- Subsequent extension for a further 12 months. Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months
