Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor for Microsoft 

If you are fluent in Dutch and eager to delve into the realm of computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and digital platforms, seize this opportunity to become a part of the Dutch Microsoft Support team. This role involves supporting customers from the Netherlands, offering a unique chance to grow in the tech industry

Your profile

- Proficient in Dutch with very good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving mentality and a strong sense of ownership
- Sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset
- Positive and team oriented attitude


❤ Your responsibilities

- Identify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales
- Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist customers to place an order and related issues
- Answer customers’ inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issues
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
