The role

As a Dutch-speaking Fashion Customer Service Advisor, you'll work directly with clients by email and phone to offer kind solutions for all their inquiries in your mother language.

 Your Profile

- You have excellent Dutch communication skills, and you are fluent in English (spoken and written) 

- You are open to develop your customer service skills 

- You are passionate about fashion

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- You pay attention to small details and you are well-organized

- You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive and engaging personality

- You are able to work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern 

 Your responsibilities

- Effectively solve customer issues

- Manage complaints and inquiries with a proper and respectful tone 

- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

- Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders
