Over de functie

As a working student Recruitment Consultant, you are going to make the match between candidates and clients. You are a strategic parner for both, and thanks to you, the right people end up in the right place! You learn about the entire recruitment cycle. Your work will consist of the following:

• Approaching candidates;
• Meetings with clients to assess their needs;
• Assess candidates by doing job interviews;
• Present candidates to your clients;
• Select the best candidate for each position.

During the application process, you will decide whether you have a preference for sourcing candidates for already existing accounts, or whether you also want to work on attracting new clients for Panda. This means that part of your tasks will be defined by your own wishes and ambitions.
