You will be responsible for the communication between the company and their customers. You will perform a variety of tasks as a financial customer service representative such as providing information about sensitive data, giving product and service advices, answering questions by phone or e-mail and making sure to deliver a great customer experience. Furthermore, you will take care of financial safety by informing about issues regarding fraud. Are you good at problem-solving and do you have excellent communication skills? Then solving our customers issues and dealing with complaints will be an easy task for you!

Our team in Barneveld  near Amersfoort is various and dynamic, they will be ready to welcome you in the best way possible! Communication lines are made short in order to ease the answers of any question you might have and make your work easier. Working days are from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 22:00. The shifts are flexible, so your wish will be taken into account.
Coming from far?No worry, your travel expenses will be fully reimbursed up to a distance of 70 km.
