Step into the role of a Swedish-speaking customer service agent for a well-known beauty brand, where you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will include managing all incoming inquiries, whether they come through email, phone, or web forms. The questions you'll handle will range from the fragrance profiles of our product lines to helping customers create personalized shampoos. Every interaction will be met with your friendly demeanor, personal attention, and, of course, a smile.
As a customer service agent, your mission is to provide customers with a relaxed and enjoyable experience. You’ll address each question in Swedish with care, ensuring that by the end of the conversation, the customer feels satisfied and well taken care of. To set you up for success, you’ll begin with a comprehensive 3-day training program, covering everything you need to know. This position is perfect whether you’re seeking full-time employment or looking for a role that fits into your schedule with just a few hours a week.
Your availability is key, as the role in costumer service requires you to be available from Monday to Sunday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Every four weeks, a new schedule will be created, offering varying shifts each week. You’ll enjoy a high level of flexibility by being able to indicate your preferred time slots. However, being open to occasional weekend and evening work is a must.

Additionally, we offer shift lengths of 4 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours, allowing you to find the perfect balance.

Training will take place between mid-October and mid-November, and this temporary position is designed to support our team during the busiest three months of the year.
