How do I become a Team Lead Web Development Coolblue Energy at Coolblue?
As a Team Lead Web Development at Coolblue Energy you’ll work on the Coolblue Energy website and on our energy-portal in ‘My Coolblue’. You’ll lead a team of seven developers with different nationalities. You’ll work together with the Product Owner, Customer Journey Specialists, Designers and Proposition Specialists for finding the best solutions in different customer journey topics such as giving customers insight in energy consumption, overview of the energy contract and the monthly costs. We are also working on a Micro-Front-End architecture to be ready for the future. Your soft-skills are why we want to have you, the unique journey that your team realizes for our customers is the reason you want to stay.

You recognize yourself in the following
- At least 2 years experience in coaching and/or leading development teams
- Broad experience in web development with PHP, Node.js, Typescript or React
- Experience in AWS is a plus
- The Agile way of working has no secrets left for you.
- You guide by example, not just by words.
- You're capable of solving problems by using accepted best practices and principles like TDD/BDD, SOLID, and design patterns.
- You know how to automate tasks and implement them in our CI/CD environment.
