As a German-speaking customer service agent in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for advising German customers. You will help them with their questions and problems via phone and email.

With relatable enthusiasm, you describe the scent of the product line or provide tips on how to create your very own personalized shampoo with a well known beauty brand. You always remain calm and friendly and give the customers that relaxed wellness feeling. It is your main focus to assist every customer individually, as well as efficiently and with a personal touch.

Your English is fluent, and you are available from Monday to Sunday between 9 am and 9 pm? Thanks to a flexible shift scheduling for customer service agents, this position perfectly fits your busy life in Amsterdam. Additionally, you will get a new schedule every four weeks.
