Wat ga je doen?

Your activities include:

• Prepare scan of hard copy files. This includes: stapling, removing file from plastic folder, removing paper clips, etc. This must be done carefully so that the file can be stored in its original state afterwards;
• Scanning the file;
• Check whether all pages have been scanned;
• PDF document. save format in the correct customer folders;
• Storing the original file in a customer folder (without staples).

 
By means of a fixed schedule you will carry out the above activities for 5 offices in different regions in the south of the Netherlands. This means that you will be working for a number of weeks in the following cities: Roermond, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Tilburg and Maastricht.

In the week of February 22 (week 8) there will be a  mandatory training day  at the head office in Amsterdam. Then you will start the following week according to plan.
