Morningstar Benelux is looking for a Client Service Associate. The job will mainly focus on optimizing the relationship with the client, supporting their solutions and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for clients in terms of support and questions concerning our solutions. In addition you will assist the two existing project managers with the deployment of investment data and online tool projects for clients, from concept to completion including: planning, scope, reporting & delivery.
+ Be day-to-day contact for clients; giving status updates, setting expectations,
issue resolution, answering questions and meeting contractual obligations.
+ Provide guidance to our clients in their interaction with Morningstar.
+ Communicating with sales, data and development teams on on-going projects and
solutions.
+ Monitoring and checking clients solutions and reporting on an on-going basis
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
+ 1-2 years relevant working experience (e.g. in customer service environments)
+ Good communication skills and fluency in (business) Dutch and English (French is very
desirable)
+ A hands-on, pro-active and efficient way of working. Detail oriented and keen on
problem solving (taking responsibility from beginning to end).
+ Strong client focus
+ A results-driven mentality, ability to work well within a team and collaborate
with various teams in other disciplines.
+ A good understanding of investments and investment data.
+ An interest in new and emerging (web) technologies, including an awareness of
website usability and accessibility standards.
+ A technical understanding of data structure and workflow, user interfaces, web tool administration (not from coding
perspective, but more on conceptual and operational level).
+ Ability to work independently and to stay calm in stressful situations.
