As a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in Amsterdam you are responsible for the customers of the Danish and UK market: Make them smiling with your happiness and patience.
Beside answering phone calls and helping the customers you are also responsible for logistics related topics, keeping the contact with the drivers who deliver the beautiful flowers and updating the customers.
Wednesday and Thursday evening the flowers are delivered - are you available at one of those days? Great! Of course you don't need to work every week on those evenings, but it's great if you are available.
