Do you like to help our international customers to get the most out of our Software? Then we need you. You will answer incoming emails and phone calls as soon as possible, giving the customer the best possible answer. No defined scripts in place, it's up to you to find the best answer to the customers problem!
Your job is to monitor all incoming customer queries and answer or forward them to the right person. Because we have a lot of international clients, you are willing to work outside of traditional office hours if necessary. Also, you are responsible for maintaining our knowledge base, keeping the existing documentation up to date and creating new articles regularly.
To best serve our clients, our support team is available to answer all customer queries. This can vary from a simple question in the installation process to advising how to solve a complex data issue in Salesforce. Our support team is also responsible for creating and maintaining the articles and videos in our knowledge base.
